I dont believe you can direct download. You can order the DVD's from IBM.
I have a call in to see if there is in fact a download and I am wrong.

I used this option I called at 9:46 lets see how long it takes

I downloaded the Advanced Edition from the IBM Partnerworld website in a little under an hour. Of course, I was at home using my Verizon Fios connection.

My came on about 5 CD's. I just called the IBM BP and they sent them out. They are supposed to be available at the ESS site.
