      I think I encountered this when using the quick reply option but it does not seem to happen every time.

        It seems to happen whenever I 'Quick Reply', but never when I click into 'Advanced'. (I'll try 'Quick' to see if it's happening now.)

              I agree, this happens a lot.

              When it does happen, I see a screen that looks like the following... this usually means my post will be doubled...

                @Scott, I've also seen that fairly regularly lately (among one or two other behaviors). But it just showed up for my previous post without duplication.

                  i also get this "Warning: Only variables should be passed by reference in ..../newreply.php on line 389" and it gets unhappy.
