Hi
I am looking to convert a Postgres SQL database to DB2 SQL and have a slight problem.
There is a Conversion Guide which shows how to convert from Postgres to IBM DB2 9.7 which runs on Windows and Linux, however the code I am trying to convert has the %TYPE attribute for some variables which relate to a Table.Column. In the Conversion guide it states we should use the ANCHOR DATA TO statement which is the equivalent in DB2 SQL. Unfortunately I cannot find one for IBM DB2 SQL?
Anyone have any ideas? Not an SQL expert so not even sure where to look?
