  • Question on a strange DDM situation

Hi, we had a strange DDM situation recently that I would like some help with. Our shop, extensively, utilizes DDM files. Most of our programs have DDM error logic handling logic within. Last night one of our main processes took a service dump at 1:15 on a DDM file for CPF9158, it appears as if the program is within the DDM error handling logic waiting for a response from DDM. But what seems to have happened is the operating system never gave control back to the program. At 1:15:40 the CPI2147 messages started being issued that the job message queue has been wrapped. Then at 1:51 we started receiving thousands of CPF2528 messages and we finally had to kill the job. Has anyone run across this issue and if you have was there anyway to code around this DDM error? Can anyone tell me whether the OS gave/gives control back to the program originating the DDM request?
