p7zip command 7z not running libstdc++.so.6

Am working on installing p7zip in my V7R1 IBM i. Appears to be libstdc++.a not loaded properly due to which am getting the below error. Kindly someone assist me on this.

the file could not be read properly.
0509-026 System error: There is an input or output error.

If you got it from my site, that file (libstdc++) is included in the download. It sounds like it is damaged or something... could it be that you had a bad download? Or maybe you transferred it to the system in a non-binary safe way?
