    Go to the TCP/IP Configuration menu by typing CFGTCP. Select option 2 to work with routes. You will see this.

    Code:
                                Work with TCP/IP Routes
                                                                 System:   COURAGE
     Type options, press Enter.
       1=Add   2=Change   4=Remove   5=Display

    You should see a ?*DFTROUTE? entry. The ?Next Hop? address should be the default gateway for your network. If you do not have a default route configured, you will need to add it. You should be able to get the address by talking to your network administrator or by running the ?ipconfig? command from a PC that is on the same LAN segment as the iSeries.
