CHGSMTPA Issue

There's an issue with the CHGSMTPA command in V7R3 (and perhaps V7R2 as well): the command does not respect adopted authority - if the command is executed in a USRPRF(*OWNER) program by a user without *IOSYSCFG special authority, but the program owner has *IOSYSCFG special authority, the command will fail with a TCP8050 (as if the program was set to USRPRF(*USER)).

IBM has released a fix for the issue: SI68163
