Interesting. There has to be something in the log files to tell you what the issue is.

UPDDTA FILE(libname/filename) will allow you to specify the record number if the file is not keyed. If you enter the number you may see the problem.

Well, it did work. So I could export 90% of the table to excel, now I'm trying to figure out which records are missing (100k is still a lot) with an excel formula, then i'll try to see if it is hardware or software problem.
Thanks for the help, I guess I learned a lot (but nothing at the same time, seeing the amout of data I should learn about this system).
