Help me! B181F22A error

Hi,
I received B181F22A on OP panel. I need to know what i need to do in order to resolve this error. when do google search it said that "Service processor firmware event or error reported by the service processor."
have anyone encounter this kind of error?

I've check it require me to replace the processor card.
