Client access file transfer in batch

I have a client access file transfer on my PC that copies an Excel spreadsheet to a data base file. Is there a way to incorporate this file transfer into a batch job stream in a CL program

The RUNRMTCMD command can be used in a batch procedure to execute programs on remote systems such as PCs.
