Seagull Jwalk Server

Does anyone know what Seagull Jwalk Server is?

What is it used for?

Does it come with OS/400?

I believe we have two packages that use it - Kronos and TrustedLink.

I am getting ready to upgrade OS/400 from V5R2 to V5R3 and I don't know the impact, if any, to Seagull Jwalk Server.

I am not sure where Jwalk came from. I just took over this shop about 6 months ago after the former IT Manager retired.

Some places (JDA) have used it as a screen scrapper to "gui eye fie" the screens.

I found Seagull's website but didn't see Jwalk on there, thanks!

I am now thinking it may have been included with either Kronos or Inovis Trustedlink. Both of these packages have a GUI module that connects to the AS/400.

Jwalk is GUI client Similar to Client access

We were using Jwalk client to export from the excel file
Mainly Macro based
