Possible to retain member last updated date when copying?

I have a file with about 10 members and a update date of 01/01/2016; I am trying to copy this file to another library, retaining the update dates but all of my attempts have resulted in the new file having update dates of today.

Does anyone know if it's possible to retain the update date or even change it? I've tried; CPY, SAVOBJ/RSTOBJ & CRTDUPOBJ

I've look through each command's parameters and can't see anything pertaining to retaining any dates.

Seems I can't edit posts any more, by CPY I meant CPYF.
