Biztalk to AS400 Integration

Hello All,

Biztalk should be able to insert/update records into AS/400 table.

For that is it necessary that that AS/400 tables should be journaled.?

Then would you be able to let me know why Biztalk is asking the files to be Journalled.

Is there any configuration in Biztalk where they can change the setup for journal issue.

Sadly, i have never used Biztalk. my answer was just in general. If it want it , then id do it. It might use commitment control which needs a journal.

it's not hard to journal files - which is probably a good idea anyway since IBM has in their infinite "wisdom" have done away with their in-line batteries. The biggest issue is disk space...
