Tool for creating the Entity Relationship Diagram?

Is there any tool available for creating the Entity Relationship Diagram usgin iseries?
or
Is there any way to create the ER diagram using the iseries or DB/2?

The Rational tools have a Data perspective where you can create a Data Design Project. Within that project you can create a relationship diagram. You can even generate the diagram by reverse engineering an existing set of tables.
