go Backup

Hi,

I am scheduling a online data backup of libraries at night using go backup option.


Can anyone please tell me how to configure this. I have scheduled the backup at night when users are not logged on. But unfortunately, i am getting a backup failure for one particular important data library with an information that lot of locks are being created. I even tried to endsbs through which users log on. Still not successful.

Can anybody pls help on this.
