The company I work for is looking to get me started in programming. Unfortunately what they use is RPG IV but only one guy is semi knowledgeable. I was tasked with finding some online training they would pay for or some bootcamp style training I could attend on the companies dime. Issue is everything I find is outdated or companies have since closed up shop. Anyone know where I could get some good training at? I'm fairly confident I could self teach, as I know VB, C# and Java but not familiar at all with RPG IV. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Here are a couple of places.
http://iprodeveloper.com/ ( be aware that they are going through some serious changes now and the free content is in question )
That should get you started.

Re: RPG IV Training
This is the book that they use in most of the colleges that teach RPG IV. It was recently re-written to focus on modern free-form RPG - but of course doesn't include the latest free form data definitions.
I'm not sure how up-to-date the Manta course is - but that might be another option.
