    A kmp for that system would not differ than a different system. Unless that Lenovo has some special keys that you want to map. The enter key is always the enter key on a different system.

      Thanks DMW, and thanks for shaking down my question. My REAL question is has anybody created a customised kmp for a Lenovo X1 carbon that allows the "green screen" functions to work (Field Exit, Return, Page Up etc). the shipped kmp is not fit for purpose (nor should it be, actually).

        Using the Keyboard editor is straight forward.

        Here are some of the mappings i use for Ruler and copy/paste/copy-append.

        Code:
        KEY43=[enter]
        S-KEY43=[enter]
        C-KEY43=[dead]
        A-KEY43=apl 20
        C-KEY47=[edit-copyappend]
        C-KEY48=[edit-copy]
        C-KEY49=[edit-paste]
        C-KEY50=apl 3a
        A-KEY50=apl 3a
        KEY64=[newline]
        S-KEY64=[rule]
        KEY108=[enter]
        S-KEY108=[enter]
        C-KEY108=[enter]
        A-KEY108=[enter]
        All you need is to build one map. Then this map can be used for any and all PCs/laptops.
