RDI Outline icon disappeared

For some reason the Outline icon has disappeared from the tool bar on the right of the editor. Not sure the name of the toolbar, it's the one that contains MONITORS, COMMANDS LOG SERVICE ENTRY POINTS, et al. It used to be on that toolbar. Now to use outline, I have to key OUTLINE into the QUICK ACCESS box and press enter.

How can I get MONITOR back on the toolbar, I use it a lot.

Window=>Show View=>Other...
Outline should be under General

I think waht you want is called Fast View. When you have the outline open, click Fast View and it creates an icon

I found OUTLINE but I used to have an icon on one of the toolbars, trying to get it back.

I think arrow483 may be on the right track. Try minimizing the Outline view and moving it where you want.
