For a project , i need to generatute unique ID?s....i thought i had it cracked using the genuuid api, but it seems these comply to to rfc4122 v1, and i need the more ?randomized? v4.
Does anyone know if a v4 version of genuuid exists or if one can be written, googling it shows up very little on the iseries side, though it seems to be quite common on other platforms.
