Data entry subfile template requested

Hi, everybody.

Do any of you have a good template (RPG and DDS) for a data-entry subfile? I rarely have to use a subfile for data entry, so I don't have a template.

My program will need to let the user enter a list of serial numbers and dates. The list could be several pages long.

I can write something, but I thought it would be nice to begin from a template, if anybody has one to share.

I don't think I ever got anything that suited me, littlepd. I know I don't have anything now, but I'm not writing green-screen code so I won't be looking for anything.
