Print screen button on keyboard and User profiles

Good morning, we have a new printer and have changed all the jobs I can find to the new outqueue for the new printer. That all seems fine.

When a person presses their Print Screen button on their keyboard, that output still goes to the old outqueue and printer. On their job description they use the JOBD that has the new outqueue specified.

Do I need to go to each person involved and change something on their PC/Workstation?, they use Rumba.

Any insight would be appreciated.

It's been many moons since I used Rumba, but I think the print screen button has nothing to do with AS400 printing - it uses the printer defined in Windows. So, if the users still have their Rumba program set up to point to the old printer, that's where the output will go (or perhaps to their Windows default printer - same deal).
