Sql Plan Cache last time run?

Would the column Last Time Run in the plan cache be when the statement started or when it ended? Ibm documentation just states it was the time when the statement last ran, I am assuming when the statement last started but just want to verify.

Looking at a disk spikes and trying to see if someone was running something large, I see a statement that ran for about 10 minutes but the last run time was after the disk spike but if the last run time was when the statement ended then it was running in the window I am looking at.

I just ran a couple of pretty long running statements and the last run time matches up to when the SQL statement finished or if the statement is still running, the current time.
