We have a process that gets a file from a system and stores it in the /root file system.
When the file is received, the owner doesn't have *OBJEXIST authority however. Once the file is received, it is processed and then deleted however, the delete is failing because the owner isn't authorised to do that due to the lacking *OBJEXIST authority.
I thought of adding a CHMOD to the sFTP process to grant this authority (the steps are in a file so would be very easy to add and a simple solution), but I can't find a way of doing it with this command. Is it possible to add this from a sFTP script or do we have to resort to adding a CHGAUT to the programs?
