When I crtprtf create printer file, I am using a front side overlay. In my rpgle program I have to do a page rotation of 90. The document is landscape and legal size paper. I created a prn and created it using a word document using legal and landscape, when it opens in pdf the letter is fine, but you have to rotate the document to see it. If i change the pagrtt to *auto the letter opens how I want but the overlay then stays like it was. Is there a way to rotate the overlay?

As far as I know, you have to create the overlay in the orientation you want. There is no command to rotate it on the fly.

That's what I've always done, anyway... I've made both portrait and landscape overlays. and used the appropriate one for the task at hand.

The weird part is I created the overlay in Landscape, Legal size, but for some reason it rotated the overlay?
