  • Another weird one

I have a Subfile, and I have a SFLMSGID specified on the control format (with an indicator). When triggered, the message is appearing twice.

Yes, there is ERRSFL at the file level. (All other SFLMSGID are working fine).
No, the error message in the SFLMSGID is not used twice.
No, the indicator is not used for two SFLMSGID (or ERRMSGID).
No, the same error did not occur twice.

    Any brilliant ideas?

Hard to say much without seeing the DDS for the record format (and possibly at the file and the subfile levels, too) along with the program code that controls that part of the display logic. Without those, only wild-guess ideas seem likely.

There are only two hard things in Computer Science: cache invalidation, naming things and off-by-one errors.

Why is it that all of the instruments seeking intelligent life in the universe are pointed away from Earth?
