Report Alignment Problem

Hi,

When we send AS400 spooled files to Outlook, Word 2003 opens it and the wavey lines are the result. in the spool. If we pull down Tools, Options,
compatibility and turn off ?Balance SBCS characters and DBCS characters? it fixes the condition.

I am sending the attachment which sums this all.

Can you please suggest if anything on AS400 or Windows can be done to fix this as we have to do this operation again and again.

Try recording these actions in a macro and make the macro to be available in all documents and add a button for it.

or ..... convert to .pdf and email to users.
