We have an affiliate where we have located a SATO printer and an HP printer. They have set up firewall rules, and we are using a remote writer. The HP sends from a Windows server using port 9101, and they NAT it to the local IP. Works fine. We are trying to print from the Power 8 directly to the SATO printer, and they are NATing port 9100. Does not work. Do we need a different port(s), or do we need to configure the IBM to use a different port? If so, where is the port set in the remote writer?

Take a gander at http://www-01.ibm.com/support/docvie...d=nas8N1019605 and there will be a link to Sato ... since they don't support PCL/PJL I don't know if you'll get the Sato printer to work...
