  • How to use POSITION function for PRTF's

    Hi All,

I do not know how to use POSITION function in PRTF.
    My requrement is as follows.

File field is increased from 5 to 10 char.
This field is used as follows in printer file.

    A N88 CPLCNA R REFFLD(CPLFMT/CPLCNA *LIBL/PMCPL0)
    A POSITION(&BX6TXP2 .25)
    A BX6TXP2 5S 3P

If you see CPLCNA is a reference field so when I will increase its size from 5 to 10 char it will not fit into BOX which is defined as follows:

    A R BOX006
    A BOX(&BX6STR 0.1 &BX6END 2.90 0.01)

    How do I do this.........
    Cheers...

Dont shoot me.....Make the box bigger, or reduce the size of the field to fit in the box.
