Hello, I am trying to access the translation menu to create a new user code element, so I can use it to map in a 810 document. Normally, we do:
option 18 > 3 > 3 to create new user code element. But with our new client's 400, nothing happens after we take option 3 for translation menu.
Could this be a glitch, or do we just not have access to it? you can see from the attachments that when we take option 3 (translation menu) the menu options do not change even though the page heading says "translation menu"...
