The problem they're having is one of the reports they are printing is coming out larger (text size) when printing to the Sharp than the other machines in the office. As far as they know its just this one report. I've had them check and make sure they're using the HP 8000 or 4000 driver and supposedly they are. Any other ideas or settings that could affect this? Their tech department is saying its not in the AS/400 but I don't see how it cannot be. Unfortunately I don't know AS/400 enough to have suggestions myself.
